How to create a Certified Chat?

Why do Certified Chats have "premium" legal validity compared to other alternatives such as WhatsApp?
There are three laws that establish that Chats that are certified with qualified time stamps have a "plus" level of legal certainty:
- Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS): establishes that qualified time stamps (art. 41 and 42) have a presumption of veracity on the information they certify, and on the date and time on which they were exchanged.
- Law 6/2020, of 11 November: grants qualified electronic documents a presumption of legal validity (art. 3.2).
- The Code of Civil Procedure: establishes the reversal of the burden of proof of qualified electronic documents in a judicial proceeding (art. 326.4).
In other words: messages and files recorded in a certified chat have the same legal validity as officially recognized electronic documents.
